The website luwo.ai and its pages (the "Website") are operated by LUWO, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA ("LUWO", "we", "us").

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of a school or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization.

The Website provides information about LUWO and allows schools and organizations to request a demo. Information on the Website, including product descriptions and prices, is for general information only and is not a public offer. Access to the LUWO learning platform is provided only under a separate written agreement with LUWO or its local licensee. Those agreements, not these Terms, govern the use of the platform.

By submitting a form, you agree that we and our affiliates may contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, using the phone number you provided, or by email if you write to us. We send news about LUWO only if you gave separate consent. You can opt out at any time by telling us in the same channel or writing to hello@luwo.ai.

The Website and all of its content, including texts, lesson examples, curriculum descriptions, images, videos, characters, software, logos and the LUWO name and trademarks, belong to LUWO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Website and share links to it for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback about LUWO, we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you.

You agree not to:

• copy or collect content or data from the Website by automated means, including scraping, crawling or bots;
• decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the Website or any LUWO software;
• interfere with the Website, overload its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or related systems;
• upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code;
• impersonate any person or organization, or submit false information or another person's data without their permission;
• use the Website for spam, advertising or any unlawful purpose.

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (luwo.ai/en/privacy), which forms part of these Terms.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. You use them at your own risk.

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUWO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUWO and its affiliates, officers and employees from any third-party claims, damages, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

You confirm that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive US sanctions, and that you are not listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree not to use the Website in violation of US or other applicable export control and sanctions laws.

We may restrict or block access to the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, including for violation of these Terms, and may change or discontinue any part of the Website without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) under its International Arbitration Rules, by one arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Wilmington, Delaware; hearings may be held by video conference; the language is English. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. This section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. If you continue to use the Website after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and LUWO regarding the Website.

These Terms are available in English and Russian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
